My family and I have been in the restaurant business since 1982. (40 years). Lots of restaurant styles: seafood, steaks, barbecue, etc.
I started in the pizza and wing business in 2008 (13 years). It has been a rewarding experience serving the people of Wilkes for the last 35+ years. We strive for 100% satisfaction - but nobody is perfect. It’s a goal we implant in every employee.
